1. Digital Boutique Services

Aruba's Colour Boutique operates as an online boutique specialized in retailing high-quality boutique sarees, designer three-pieces, and premium unstitched fabrics.

• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to professional photography lighting and differences in digital screen displays, slight variations in color or texture may occur.
• Availability: All items displayed on our pages are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantity or discontinue any product at any time.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our platform are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept reliable payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) inside and outside Dhaka, and digital mobile financial services (MFS) such as bKash and Nagad.
• Transaction Authorization: By completing a purchase, you agree to provide authentic and accurate billing and delivery information.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Charges

We strive to deliver your preferred garments safely and within the designated timelines.

• Delivery Area: We deliver all over Bangladesh using reliable third-party courier partners.
• Shipping Times: Deliveries inside Dhaka typically take 2-3 business days, while deliveries outside Dhaka take 3-5 business days. Delays might occur due to unavoidable circumstances like public holidays, weather issues, or national logistics disruptions.
• Delivery Fees: Shipping charges will be explicitly mentioned at the point of confirmation, and are payable by the customer unless promotional free shipping is applicable.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is at the core of our boutique. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following conditions apply:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only if the product is returned unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all boutique tags intact.
• Claim Window: Any claim regarding damaged goods, wrong product delivery, or missing items must be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Unboxing Requirement: For seamless refunds/exchanges on physical damage claims, customers are highly encouraged to record an continuous unboxing video of the parcel upon receiving it.
• Shipping Cost of Return: If the exchange is due to a change of mind, the shipping cost of returning and resending the item will be borne by the customer. In case of defective products, we will cover the shipping fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Aruba's Colour Boutique owns the intellectual property rights for all material, custom photoshoot images, graphic elements, and written content on our official platforms. All rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, or reproduce our design templates or media without explicit written consent.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates on our platform. It is your responsibility to review our terms periodically for changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
